Gifu Prefecture QR Code Infection Alert System

In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Gifu Prefecture has introduced an alert system which sends an email to individuals who visit a facility or participate in an event on the same day as someone who later tests positive for COVID-19.
Please scan the QR code at the facility's entrance, etc. to register your email address.
