About what kind of problems can I consult?
A1：

You may consult with us about consumer affairs, as well as when you think that something does not make sense, or when you would like to know more about something. This includes problems about commercial goods and services. A consumer affairs specialist from the Kenmin Seikatsu Sodan Center (General Consultation Center for Gifu Citizens) offers consultation and is available to give advice about how to solve various problems.

  • - Consultation services are provided via telephone, fax, mail, and e-mail as well as in person when you visit. 　
  • - Consultation services are free of charge.
